Easy process and quick delivery. The team that delivered the hot tub was great. (Anthony, Rich, and Kevin) Super fun group of guys that seemed genuine and as happy for me getting this hot tub as I am to get it! I went w the Ecospa because I was looking for something simple, easy and efficient. It also helps that my friend has one too.
